Day 2 - Holzgau to Lech, Austria
Today started out wet and dreary. Luckily we took longer than planned to get
going and the sun came out. After a 300m (1000 ft.) climb through rolling hills
and through one short tunnel, the riders took a break in the town of Warth.
From there, it was all down hill (not figuratively) toward our destination of
Lech, a tourist hotspot in Western Austria.
The distance was so short that we arrived early afternoon, giving plenty of
time to sightsee and relax. Most riders took a gondola up a mountain for lunch
and enjoyed the sauna and steam room in the Hotel. Dinner was a step up from
the ordinary in a delightful café.
Sunburn of the Day: Nobody - the day was too short and the sun wasn't out much
Austrian Tradition: Giving small glass of water to wash down the coffee
Quotes:
"I don't what this is, but it isn't terrible."

"I'm a hugging machine"
-David, while hugging everybody goodbye
"Don't worry, I'm a doctor"
